LITTLE EYOLF
by Henrik Ibsen

“A serious, daring beginning…newly assembled Tonic Productions starts off strong.”
–Anne-Marie Welsh, San Diego Union-Tribune
“…the production is mesmerizing, and the 1894 drama’s psychological depth, desolation and complexity remain chilling.”
–Pat Launer, KPBS
An eerie stranger, a tragic accident, and a series of unexpected revelations force the Allmers family to face their darkest thoughts and buried desires. In this play the world of fantasy and shadow combine with the world of ideas and philosophy to illuminate some basic truths about human relationships and responsibility. Tonic Productions presents Little Eyolf in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the death of Henrik Ibsen, one of the world’s greatest playwrights.
A full stage production directed by Dustin Condren using a new translation by Eric Samuelsen.
